My absolute favorite cookies on Earth are Thin Mints. I rarely indulge in them, though, because we don't have many Girl Scout Troops in Carbondale. One of our first days here in AZ, I got myself THREE boxes of them. I intended to share, but no one took any, so I have just a few left :) Since I don't want to subject my last precious cookies to a recipe, I decided to share a few with you here today!
I also want to share the fact that my grandma Pat's birthday was St. Patrick's Day. Happy Birthday Grandma!!!
