3 Ingredient Raspberry Cream Cheese Puffy Biscuits Recipe

I absolutely love how these tasted. Each bit was betetr than the last. This was my first time using puff pastry shells, and Bobby even said they're one of the prettiest pastries I've ever made! You may say the same thing when you bake some of your own, and they only take a few minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

1 package of puff pastry shells, raspberry preserves, cream cheese (that's it!)

Instructions:

Thaw puff pastry until soft, and preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place the 6 puff pastry pieces onto a baking sheet lined in parchment paper. Simply spoon a dollop of cream cheese on each "biscuit" (I used about 1 heaping Tbsp each), and top with raspberry preserves. Bake for about 20 minutes, and make sure the middles are fully cooked to ensure you don't have a doughy center,

I figured that the jelly would run all over, but it stayed in these adorable puff pastry cups. Place on a pretty plate, and top with sifted powdered sugar. Serve warm and enjoy! I've got to go make some more of these pronto!
